  3.     PRINTING OUT AN ORDER FORM FOR OPENDOOR ...

  5.     Here's what you need to do to print out an order form so you
  6.     can order OPENDOOR:
  7.  
  8.         STEP #1: Make sure your printer is on and that there
  9.                          is paper in the printer.
  10.  
  11.         STEP #2: Press any key, and the form will be printed
  12.                          out for you now.
  13.  
  14.     If the form  doesn't print out,  you can still use the order
  15.     form by opening that file with your word processor. The file
  16.      is ORDER.FRM.
  17.  
  18.     If you don't want to print out an order form, just hold down
  19.      the CTRL key and press the Break key.
  20.
